Default No more spam

Well, not no more spam from anyone, but perhaps from one.

Early this morning a spammer posted on our forum. Lisa already took it down but I got to it first and this time I found the spammer was on an accessible site with an address for email. I sent a note saying that spam on this site only produced resentment, not sales. And believe it or not, I got an answer. Short and sweet: "ok see you."

It is probably a waste of time, but at least occasionally I take time to respond to some of these folks like that. I just can't seem to help it. But at least in this case maybe "Kitty" (that's how the email was signed) won't come back here.

Thanks James. It's amazing to me how many people think that spam actually works. I ban any username that posts spam so they won't be back (at least under that username anyway. LOL)

Default Me too!

I'm always on the lookout for folks who spam on this forum. Just like that person yesterday posting the same thing on more than one thread...we don't play that!

SPAMers and HACKers are generally smart people, just misdirected. If they would put their talents to good use, the world would benfit.
