The theory behind it is that this will help clear out my body and therefore clear up my skin.

I'm already sick of fruit and vegetables D;

What's worse is I'm picky (ex: I can't stand oranges or banananas) so that limits the choices even further.

Almonds are also supposed to be good for clearing the skin. They have vitamin E, antioxidants and other good stuff (even the good fats). Don't forget to drink plenty of water too.
