Well as I have said, I want to make a website either with an online world or a poker website. I want to be able to make money off my website. And I want it to become a succesful website, but I need help. I dont know what to do, how much it would cost. And how to design the website, so please help, my ideas are good but I dont know what to do!

Do you know of someone who can do the programming for your games? You are going to need to buy (or find for free) some gaming scripts. I just did a Google search and came up with this...

Looks like you can use their scripts. So once you have the scripts you need to install them on your site. So that requires a basic understanding of how to upload scripts and configure them for your site. Most scripts come with instructions but you still need to understand how to configure/upload them.

So before you even buy a domain name and sign up with a host, I would make sure you are comfortable with what it takes to actually manage this type of site.

And also make sure you understand that in order for your site to become successful you need to learn about Internet Marketing. I think gaming sites are cool, but like anything else you are going to have to deal with the competition.

Do you have a theme for your site? For example, "board games" or something like that? You should also determine who you want to target. For example what keywords do you want to show up for in Google when someone does a search? After all, Google and some of the others can give you tons of free traffic so hopefully you have an idea for the type of traffic you want to attract.

These sort of discussions happen a lot here and the advice is always the same, especially with gaming/interactive sites. Understand there's much more to making money and having a successful site than a great idea. Marketing is everything out here so be sure you have a plan for how you want to market your site and especially how the search engines work. That is HUGE.

Since your site will probably not have a lot of content (games) that means it's a bit more challenging to get the search engines to rank you high. So you are going to have to work hard at making your site unique and getting other gaming sites to link to you. Google ranks sites well that have a lot of other sites linking back to them. So in other words, the cooler your site is and the more unique it is... the more others will link to you for free.

The more links you have, the greater chance you'll rank high for whatever keywords you are targeting.

you could consider doing an affeliate website, thats what im doing, this example for ur casino site, means u join a major casino company that will help u set up your website free, and they already have their major site well established. All you need to do is pay for your domain name and they will host it for you free. Then you get commision for all members who join your site.
