Like the title of my post states i am wanting to make a wap chat site with avator"s ., group"s., blog"s and forum"s and message board"s and mail etc. I would also like my site to have the capacity for member"s to be able to upload picture"s. CAN any of you good people give me some help in my adventure or suggest some one that could. IM even open to hiring some one or company. THIS IS MY DREAM I would like to see it become a reality!!
