Default What should I do??

Hi,

I've been working on my site for a while now...it's basically a game guide for beginners and advanced players.

Recently, I've realized the cruel truth. Most of the information (like tips on how to play better) on my site won't appeal to many people who already has halo 3. If I want my site to be successful, I'll need to focus on a more general topic which everyone likes, for example, images, glitches, and videos. Although I already have most these included in my site, the guides for beginners are sort of covering it up.

Now, I'm back to square one. Should I just delete the beginner guides and devote my whole site on a more general topic? Or should I keep it and continue what I'm doing so far?

Thanks,
Gigababbler

I would keep the existing pages and keep on continue adding different topics and content.

Remember some of your pages might be ranking well in the major search engines already and you might get some traffic.

I agree. Just re-organize your content and put the new stuff in the forefront. Highlight what you think people will want to know on your homepage but definitely keep your hard work. I'm some people will be interested and like Lajocar said, the engines may start finding those pages.

I've had that realization many times with my sites and you can look at the bright side... at least you realized it. Many people do not. And that also means you are starting to get "IT" when it comes to marketing.
