Default Land Development, Can you subdivide your property

I am an Engineer in Land Development and would like to make a multi-faceted website that would:

Inform people about ways to make money off of their property
Have direct links to useful websites
Make it mainly a California website
Be able to eventually have customers use me or others in the field for the Engineering and other portions of their project

Wondering if you think this is a good idea, i really want to share my knowledge.

I can't think of a better topic when you have knowledge about the subject matter and are actually LIVING it. I can't see how you can go wrong if you build up your content.

Have you researched other sites out there like this? Look for information they don't have that you could add to your site. That's always a great start.

And since you know about the industry you probably know the big questions and concerns that people have about selling property. That will also help you target specific keywords.

I say go for it!

Just a couple notes:

Good English is a must and avoid using any jargon the regular joe wouldn't understand! ^^';
