Lightbulb Personal Opinions Needed

Hello Everyone

If you could please take a moment to answer this question it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

When you first started out as an internet marketer, what part of the learning process did you have the toughest time grasping? (ex. keyword research, your niche, website building, article writing, etc.) Perhaps your answer is not named in above example, but can you please tell me in your own words. Thanks again.

Great question and I hope a lot of people answer. This could be a great thread to learn from.

I think for me it was marketing and traffic. I had the hardest time getting over the 100 visitor per day mark for a year or two. Then I realized my topic was very saturated (Internet marketing) and I was talking about things I hadn't done yet (making money, etc.).

So when I started building sites on topics I experienced and could actually help people because of my closeness with the topic, my traffic started growing and I began to "get it." I had that "Ah hah! moment" that Oprah talks about.

Default i agree with lisa!

hi,
Search engine optimization and marketing is a traffic that really got to me. Although i am a programmer I also found it difficult to write articles because writing programs was my forte and not writing articles.

Good question,

Personally I found the researching process the hardest to pass and overcome, as I always lost that little more inspiration when I visited someone elses site that I though was pretty much perfect.

And the same feeling always got me "how can I make a site, when my niche is overwhelmed"

Eventually I decided to incorporate my own person methods and I started to get visitors that left me comments on my forums, sent me emails through my forms and other forms of online communication. I loved it.

But that point or period was definitely the hardest for me. Good look on your 'success' quest!
