My First Sale!

Whew! I guess we really can make money online. It's from the Birth Control Pills site. I launched it on 10-24-07 and on 1-10-08 I got 2 sales and netted $13.13. I might as well be $13,000 for the way it made me feel. I've made some money from Adsense between the 2 sites I have but not enough to get a check.

I've working on getting Profitable Websites back on track but still have a short to do for BCP so I'll devote some time to it and keep the momentum.

I can say I was getting a bit burnt out as I started this online endeavor back in June of 2007 when I bought the Fast Profit System but I'm feelin' the fire again. I think I'll continue with the drugs thing for a couple of other niches as the maintenance is low after a couple of months.

I did it using the knowledge gained from FPS (www.keystoprofitablewebsites.com/fps/), Niche Marketing on Crack (http://www.keystoprofitablewebsites....rketingOnCrack), some research I bought on prescription drugs, this and other forums, and applying Web2.0 for traffic and promotion...I think I have the beginnings of my own personal system!

When I get a chance I'll go over some of the details.

I'm sure we all have seen people with a business hang their first dollar on the wall. An electronic dollar is hard to frame. You should print out the invoice and hang that in a frame for your wall.

I wish you many more successes and frames on your wall!

I love reading posts about that very first sale. It's so encouraging. I remember when I got my first affiliate sale and I felt so proud of myself. Congrats Mike, keep it up.

Just wanted to say don't forget how you feel after this sale, you will need the energy you have now to push you forward, and when things are slow you should use this as motivation to write one more article or tell one more person that day about your site, because after all selling online is just another numbers game.
