Should I Use This Template?

I am strongly considering using the following template, with some modifications for my Internet Security & Privacy website - http://www.oswd.org/design/preview/id/2834.

I would appreciate any feedback on if I should use this template or not.

Looks like a good template. I especially like the layout.

Can't say I really like the colors too much, but I'm sure that is something you would change anyway as you modify the design to fit your site focus.

Thanks James for replying so quickly to my post and the great feedback!

I certainly will change the colors if I use this template. Actually, I'm almost 100% sure that I will be using this template, as I really like it.

The color that hovers with your mouse over the site navigation on the left I would change from pink to blue(I don't like pink!) The large font letter that begins the first paragraph I think I'll also change to blue or maybe red. The background color of the text in the right I think I'll change to blue. I'm not sure what color I'll change the background color of the text on the left below the site navigation.

Anyways, it's pouring rain outside here today. I think I'll spend the next couple of hours before I go out this evening making some modifications to this template.
