well, tat could easilly be solved...each user has to present a proof of the dare e just completed, for example, i dare you to....i dunno...ask a random person in the street if he/she is mr or ms asshole or whatever...a dare would be completed once they uploaded the video showing that...as simpla as that.

This could easilly grow...i have some ideas but i dont have the knowledge to write a database or php...maybe one day when i lear it i take this project on
