I am planning to build a website that can allow users to design their "dream" house for free. I have some monetization options that I plan to add down the road.

So my question is does anyone know of an Open Source 3D Home design software. Or an affordable paid version that has cheap multi client licences.

I don't know of any "Open Source 3D Home design software", but I know Blender is a 3D program which is open source and highly regarded, but is likely a little too complex for simple home-designing.
