I keep getting logged out

I've noticed in the past few weeks that I keep getting randomly logged out of WB. I'll click on a thread to read through it, and when I click "post reply", I'll have to log in again. And when I try to submit my post after typing it, I'll have to log in yet again. I was wondering if the admin or a moderator can look into that for me?

I haven't changed anything that should affect that. Someone else was having that problem a couple of months ago and it turned out to be a cookie issue on their computer. I won't even pretend to fully understand the cookie/browser issue and why that happens for some people (LOL), but I'll check the Admin panel again.

If everyone here was having the same problem then that's a clue it could be a setting, but usually when it's only happening to a select few, it boils down to individual browsers/computers.

Any cookie experts out there have any advice?

I had a similar problem a few months ago. I called the tech people at the organization involved and I was advised to delete a cookie from my site, the one they put there when I logged in.

I did and it worked. Evidently, even though I was logging in new over and over, the cookie retained something that was affecting the log in situation. It was strange because I could log in and stay sometimes and at other times I had to keep logging in.

Might be worth a try.

I still get logged out if I linger too long on a thread. It's not as quick or as frequent as it use to be.

I have to be speedy.

My replies are getting deleted of late, especially the Quick Reply? Lost three in the past week?
