Any Football Fans?
Just wanted to say I'm having a great day sports wise. The Dallas Cowboys are 9 and 1 and I just won my 2nd straight game in my fantasy football league (yes I'm a female who actually plays fantasy football... strange I know )
Any other American football fans out there? And I say American football because I know in other parts of the world, football is what we call soccer. Which I have to admit, it makes no sense to call it football when you only kick the ball for field goals and punts. Go figure.

Some of my co-workers are heavily into fantasy pools. Right now they talk about football and hockey, but mostly about hockey.
I just enjoy watching football without being part of any fantasy leagues. It is a lot less stressful that way.

Tell me about it. It's fun when you're winning but when you're not, it can get intense. Not to mention fantasy football causes you to root against your own team and players just because you may have someone from the opposing team.
It's crazy but I'm officially addicted.

i don't like football(soccer) that much..
I'm a die hard fan of cricket though! Did you know that my country's(Pakistan) national sport is hockey, but half the people don't even know about hockey! They're all into cricket! Maybe we should change our national sport!!

Im not into American Football, more into baseball and gaelic games. For anyone who doesnt know what Gaelic games are it is Irish football and Hurling , which is the fastest field game in the world.

Since I'm from Philadelphia, I love the Eagles! My boyfriend, however, was born and raised in Galveston, TX, so he's a die hard Cowboys fan (that's the only thing I don't like about him ). I had to listen to him brag about the last Eagles/Cowboys game. But whatever!
I wish our fans were a little nicer though. Sometimes they get carried away when Dallas comes to town. They actually throw stuff at the Cowboys fans. I think that's a bit much-it's just a game!
And did anyone see the Eagles/Bears game?? I was so embarrassed when we booed the team as they were leaving the stadium.

Well I know your boyfriend must be proud of their 9 and 1 record. Go Cowboys!
Philly fans are rough, that's for sure. I remember watching a game when McNabb was having a rough game and they just kept booing every time they failed to get a first down.
Your Eagles are going to have to step it up though, the Giants and Cowboys are giving them a run for their money in the NFC East division. I really thought the Giants would have choked by now but they are hanging right in there.
I have to admit... I am not really a die hard Cowboys fan. I'm a situational/fair weather fan. When they're winning, I'm proud. When they're not... Cowboys who? Plus I'm originally from St. Louis so when the Rams are playing well I'll switch to them. LOL
And as far as Philly goes, Westbrook is my guy because he's on my fantasy team so I can't do too much hatin' on the Eagles.

Who saw the Eagles/Patriots game last night? I could not believe how well the Eagles played, even though we lost. I was so proud of them. They really gave the Patriots a run for their money.

Last night's game!
For all you football fans, who watched the New England/Balt. game last night? That was truly the most exciting game of the season.
The Ravens almost squashed N.E.'s perfect record, but they fell a little short.

Wasn't it though?? I hadn't planned on watching 'cause I figured the score would be 45 to 7 and I was shocked when I turned it on in the 3rd QTR and the Ravens were leading.
What a game! It was about time too 'cause the Monday night games had been kinda boring the last few weeks.
