I ordered 'free' business cards from Vista Print a few weeks ago and I paid $5.99 for shipping. W-E-L-L....after checking my account online, these folks took $14.95 out. I call to find out and they told me that I signed up for some yearly membership fee. I told them that I never signed up for anything else so I had to 'cancel' my membership. I was told that the $ would be credited and it still hasn't happened yet. Checked my account and another $14.95 was taken out from a affilitate of Vista Print!

I had to cancel my card, order a new one. I reported this to the BBB and come to find out there are hundreds of other folks that this has happened to (glad I checked when I did) and there is a class action lawsuit against Vista Print, which now has my name added to their roster. Avoid ordering business cards from them if you can. With them, there is no such thing as free-

I have ordered various things from VistaPrint for a few years now, and I have never had a problem with them, and I have always been happy with their products.

It's ok. I hope to get my $ back soon from the bank. Least I know I'm not the only one. There's so many folks (via consumer affairs.com, ripoffreport.com, bbb.org websites) that have verbally complained about this, something will finally be done about this-
