Sara Bareilles, Elliott Yamin (American Idol finalist from a few years back) and Mariah Carey's new CD. Those 3 albums have the heaviest rotation on my iPod right now.

Besides him I listen to Billy Joel, the Beatles, Dan Pitty, Stevie Wonder, and a little bit of Old School Rap/New Jack Swing.
