By the way Lisa I saw some of your sites dropped with 1.
Why do u think your site(s) dropped with 1?
2create is still a 4, websitebabble is still a 4 and flat stomach is still a 3. My blog has always been a 1 as it's only 4 months old. Remember I just switched to WordPress in January and my URL changed so I started over essentially. Nothing changed on my end (yet).
Maybe it's just me but I don't check my PR much. No matter what the number is my Google traffic is always increasing. So I don't worry about it much.

Yes, and even less important as time goes on. I tend to think people put too much focus on those measuring tools (Alexa, PR, etc.) My numbers on these sites have bounced around for years but the thing I always look at is my traffic. In spite of all the jumps I've had from Alexa, PR, etc. my traffic is up nearly 60% in the last year or so.... and mostly from Google.

Very interesting Lisa,
So the emphasis must should not be on measuring tools, but rather traffic.
