adsense approval

im almost forget about adsense approval
i registered google adsense a year ago if i m not mistaken
i knew nothing about google adsense at that time
and even i had no blog yet
and now how can i know that whether my adsense is approved or not?

If you didn't have a blog and or website then more than likely your application wasn't approved. But I don't understand though....... when you do your application that ask you for your url etc. So you just left that blank?

How come? You need a blog or site before Google approves your application.
