Default Bandwidth Usage

Bandwidth Usage

I've mostly worked with more personal sites that had lower traffic counts but very focused on a geographical or specific product focus. Currently I have been using hosting with 1500 gb transfer, with way overkill since they hardly use 1% of their allotted bandwidth. But now, I am working on a large product with hope of mega traffic.

I would like know how much bandwidth some sites are using in comparison to either numbers of visitors or pages viewed. This would help to determine if one should go larger or not.

Thanks

This may be a little tough to compare because it's not only traffic, but it's the files that are loading (videos, images, etc). One site could have the same traffic as another but use up a whole lot more bandwidth based on the type of files used and downloaded.

But just for a frame of reference, 2 Create a Website gets about 13K visitors per day with over 150 pages and I am on pace to use up about 1300 GB this month. I have a few large flash videos that take up a lot of that space.
