anyone tried webhostgiant?
Hi,
i found out about webhostgiant and their plan looks really good, i was wondering if someone has tried using their services before i decide to do so...
They offer unlimited webspace and bandwidth, unlimited email accounts, PHP5, SSI, Python, Perl, unlimited MySQL databases and much more, for $2.79/m for a year or $2.99/m for 3 months. This is a limited time offer, plus you can buy a domain for $7.95. This is all for single domain hosting plan.
It looks great to me... would like to know what you guys think.
Thanks,
Maya.

If the think that the hosting package offered is good for your requirements and the price is good then you can surely choose the hosting provider and go for the hosting package.
I would suggest you to check the kind of support they offer which is always necessary in terms of hosting services. If possible, try to get a hosting package with limited disk space and bandwidth which would be a better option.

an update
OK thanks for the suggestions, I signed up yesterday at webhostgiant, i had Two questions for them before joining and i found an "online chat" button, so I tried posting my questions there and a guy from the company answered me live. It was great.
I have to say that i got no problems setting up my website, it loads much faster than my older host (i'm using Wordpress platform) and i'm very satisfied.
I signed for 3 months and i can renew it afterwards, plus i added a .com domain for $7.95 and after a year it'll cost $8.95. Pretty good deal for me.
Anyway, for now i recommend their service, i'll update if something changes!

Great, sounds good
It is good to know that you are satisfied with the services the hosting provider offers.
24x7 support through live chat, phone support etc. is always helpful and hence it is suggested that you should choose a hosting provider which offers 24x7 support.
Please feel free to post if you have more questions or updates.

Well, some of the reviews for hosting companies can help you out to take a decision, however, you shouldn't depend on reviews only as it might be possible that some of the reviews are not genuine.
It is better to contact the company to check the kind of support they offer. The web hosting plans are displayed on the website and hence you can select one according to your requirements

Webhostgiant provides really low cost services on Linux and Windows platforms.
Plans contain many features and think if you use them, no issues you will face.
