How long does SBI really take to email you back with your answer to a personal question? i know its not 4-6 hours or 12 hours over night. The fact that they don't respond to a personal question, on there Q&A page makes them seem...frankly like a scam website.

If I were you I would be patient. They are the exact opposite of a scam...

As a customer, I can assure it's not a scam but have heard some complaints about their email response time. Sometimes the emails get filtered to your junk mail so be sure to check that as well. That happened to me once. The email got filtered to my "junk" folder.
