you can make your own web server instead....just google for WAMP (Windows, Apache, Mysql, and PHP) and redirect to your web server using wither a .com or another process (i use .co.nr because its been free for about a year now). Its not too hard just read the documentation.
this way you know more about how you implement your website. heck if you wanted to, you can even restrict ip's so that only certain computers can access the server (good for local businesses) i created a wiki this way.
