Almost any kind of regular Linux or Windows web hosting plan will work for Dreamweaver and Flash. Just make sure you don't choose a host that has any "built-in" builders or templates and you should be fine. GoDaddy, Hostgator, Dreamhost, you name it.

Ya I agree with Liza ,almost every host can be used( Except free hosts).I would like to advise you to choose Linux operating system(It is best system for hosting blogs and forums).Many webmasters want to create a forum or blog on the same server in sub domains and Linux operating system is best for them.All the hosts mentioned by Liza provides quality services and you can choose any one from above mentioned hosts.

dreamweaver just creates html file or php files

ANY webhosts can use html php, css etc
