End of Rope...

So, I have been working on a problem for around 2 weeks now, and nobody can help me. I can not get into my cpanel link, althought the host and internet carrier can. I have tried EVERYTHING, including using a different computer and taking it down to the bare bones.... Nothing is working.

I just want my money back.

What happens when you try to login to your cpanel link?

Page cannot be displayed..... The host can see it, the internet company can see it.... I cannot see it from either of my computers despite a couple weeks of working on it..

you can login with

yourdomainame/cpanel or yourdomainame:2082

Did you upload your pages correctly and created a index.html page?

Actually, my internet provider found a technical problem with my computer .... nothing to do with anything else..... phew!!! It's up and going now, and I'm working on it!
