Looking for good Webuilding software & Webhost !!!

As far as building a website is concerned what is the best looking, most straightforward & easy as to use software something like Bluehost, host gator (or other similar Web hosts) OR something like XSitepro . Basically, what I am asking is it worth purchasing separate software to build a website other than what the Web hosts offer as far their own site building software is concerned ?

Dreamweaver C3, MX, 8 is good website builder to create a website

dreamweaver works for me as well. You can also try photoshop, ms frontpage and hundreds of others...

you can also download several templates from hundreds of free template websites out there and then modify the text according to your site.
