Hi everyone,

This is my first post so I'll start off by saying hello. I've decided to start my first website (Dreamweaver's in the mail...) but I'm a complete beginner so I don't think its going to be ready for quite some time.

In the meantime I've been thinking about what host I'm going to use. I saw a top-ten list somewhere that ranked hostpapa as the best host for the UK. Would anyone agree/disagree with this? Also, the ranking differed by country but what difference does it make where your host is based? Is this important?

Any advice on this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance,
