Do Hosting reseller plans and WHM have anything to do with each other? (i'm talking about resellers with cpanel). Do you get a WHM account when purchasing a reseller plan? Does it make sense what i'm saying?

Different hosts have different features. For the most part, yes you do get WHM with resellers. WHM allows you to create hosting packages, create accounts, check bandwidth uses etc. I'm not sure if GoDaddys reseller plan does because it's a ready made store sort of thing.
