I am wondering if anyone can recommend a photo gallery management package (open-source preferred). Our club website has about 700 pictures submitted by various members and displayed on our site. I currently have my own "admin" where members of the board can upload pictures and arrange them into galleries that are then available as "LyteBox" slide shows.

I need to replace that and have tried an open-source product called "Plogger" but it doesn't show slide shows in a fashion that I like. I also forgot the admin log-in (stupid me...lol) and for the life of me I can't find any information on how to replace it. I have even re-installed the app but I can't log in.

What are other people using?

I am using one now but only for displaying a few images. It's all done by code which makes it hard without some knowledge BUT you can change every aspect of it.

We currently have over 700 image files on the server of photos taken by members over the years. I wrote an admin page that allows the creation of photo galleries and allows the admin to upload photos to it. The file names and image paths are stored in a batabase and delivered on the web page. It was a simple thing when it was small but now our admin moved back to England and I have to train someone new.

I need something with a back end admin like Plogger had. The delivery isn't an issue as I already use LyteBox.
