Arrow A Dreamweaver Question...

Ok,
I finally got the widget to work on Dreamweaver... but I've got a simple question... I can view the widget when I hit 'Preview in Browser'... but I just can't see it on the design view in Dreamweaver... all I get is a small gold icon of a script. Is there anyway I can show the original widget on the Design view so I can alter it's size, etc.?

thanks.

Isn't the code for the widget javascript? Then you probably won't be able to see it in Design mode.

Hey Lisa!
So you mean you can't see javascript live in the design mode of Dreamweaver? Weird. I could have sworn I did it before. In that case, how would it be possible to design the webpage exactly like you want it... instead of having to go back and forth from design mode to previewing it on the browser?

I couldn't get it to work but don't quote me on that. I have just started using DW myself so I have a lot to learn. But the little bit of javascript I have used, I know I haven't been able to see it in design mode.

You can use the "browser preview" tool and that should work.

Default java

I'm pretty certain java won't show in designer mode. I had a school based site made through DW and my java didn't work in designer either. I had to switch back and forth and refresh all the time.
