Default Where the Flock did this browser come from?

Just wondering if anyone has tried the new browser which has just come out by Mozilla, the creator of the beloved Firefox. I have been using it for nearly three weeks and I have to say am very impressed with it's features and performance.

To say this browser has saved me considerable time, is an undertatement. If you havn't come across it yet I strongly recommend giving it a whirl.

I have written an article and submitted it on Ezine for anyone who cares to read about it's many kewl features.

Flock - the browser just made for internet markerters

I have been using Flock for a few months. Its like FF, but has a handy feature that logs you into your favorite social networking sites like YouTube and Myspace. It has a lot of other neat features and you can use all the FF add-ons in Flock. Its a really cool browser.

Not trying to be a stickler (well, maybe I am ), but let me clear up a few things.

First of all... Flock is NOT "new," per se. It's been around for a good two years now... although version 2 was just recently released.

Secondly, Flock is NOT actually affiliated with the Mozilla Corporation (the fine folks who've given us Firefox and Thunderbird). Flock is owned and distributed by Flock, Inc., who have absolutely no ties to the Mozilla Corp.

Flock is built on the Mozilla Application Framework and it does borrow most of it's code from Firefox (since Firefox is open-source, this is absolutely legal), but it's definitely not a Mozilla product. It's the same kind of deal as with the fantastic Sonbird music player.

It is great that Mozilla allows this stuff to happen though. They are truly an awesome company.

BTW... Flock is a pretty neat little browser!
