I found this really cool open source template site. I think they only have single page templates and not whole sites with all of the page variations (about us, FAQ, ect.), but hey it's free! I found a template for the new site I'm making.

You are right, it is really cool.

Even though, these templates are single page, it is still very easy to make modifications so that they fit our needs better. However, there is a catch. We have to provide the owner of the templates with a back link as long as we use the template.

Thanks for all the links above. It's strange that I found this forum when I was on Lisa's free template site. Now I have a lot more choices, though I still believe Lisa's are the best templates.
