CSS Layouts

Is there a simple way of designing the CSS? I have been using Adobe GoLive! and Dreamweaver for a while, but still find designing using CSS a bit challenging in DW, eventhough I understand it and can code it outside the software.

If you're not hand coding, the best alternative in my opinion would be to use software like DW.

CSS is not difficult to code in Dreamweaver.

You just have to practice
