Have you ever thought about using a blog?

A blog will be perfect for you're articles because search engines love blogs and there are many themes/plugins available for free. So you do not need any knowledge for it.

If you have web hosting you could add Wordpress. Wordpress is regarded as the best blogging platform. Here is a link to some of their free themes:

Once you install Wordpress changing the layout is really easy.
