hello
please can someone tell me how i can enter the joomla template image folder?

i have just designed a new logo in photoshop and i want to upload it to the template image directory so that i can replace it with the default joomla logo, but i don't know how to upload my design.

You can upload it through FTP and make the desired changes on the joomla files.

No you can not. By default, template folders shouldn't be writable and that's probably your problem. What I would suggest you do is, find the original template ZIP file which you installed onto your Joomla website, enter it and replace the image there.

Make sure you don't change any names because the template might not want to install.

After you have changed the header image in the original template ZIP package, re-install it onto your web page.
