Lightbulb Joomla component or plugin

Hi everybody. I am looking for component or pluging that I need for my website. I have weblinks on website, I need plugin, which, when you click weblink will give you a pop up massage where customers can read what they can not do when they will be redirected on another website (or anything that I want to specify).
There are many plugins and components for weblinks that you can use in articles, but I need exactly for "weblinks component".

Thank you for your answers.

This is the only think I could find for you http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/2560/details

I've been working with Joomla for 4 years and I have never seen a plugin with which you can restrict weblinks to certain users. Good luck with that.

What do you mean by this?:
Quote:
give you a pop up massage where customers can read what they can not do when they will be redirected on another website
You can actually trigger a "pop-up" and then redirect with what you already have via the onclick attribute:

HTML Code:
<a href="#" onclick="(function(){alert('This is a pop-up message!');window.location='http://www.google.com';}())">
When you click me, you'll see a pop-up and then be redirected to Google!
</a>
This isn't generally a good practice, but it's used all the time.

McKnigt thx for the link. I will look at it more thoroughly later today. On first look it doesn't have option what I need.
I will try explain again.
I made this website for my boss. He is a photographer. He is photographing many different sport games for schools. After I need to upload those photos on website.
Because I couldn't find good component for uploading on his website thousand pictures I am using another professional website for uploading pictures, where customers have option to view and buy them. So, customers first goes on his website where they can find (link) the name of the game, then they click the link and it leads them to this other website where they can view and buy photos.
The problem is that some games (photos) are supposed to be only for viewing, not for buying. Since I don't have a full access to the second website, I can not block the option "Buy picture" for the customers. And even though I wrote on my website that they can not buy photos online they still buying and I have troubles. So, I need pluging that, when they click some links on his website would give them big massage that those pictures are not for sale, only for viewing.
For links I am using web link component.

Hopefully it will make sense to you.

After some thinking I decided that It is more complicated than it sounds. I have those links all over the website (in articles, weblink component, recently added links plugin). It will be big head ache to apply what I want to all those links. But anyway, thank you very much for your replies.
