Hi CMSHelper,

My advice is to avoid FTP altogether. Your username, password and data are not encrypted at all. The best bet is to use either SCP or SFTP which is secure. For windows I use WinSCP

Filzilla is best but very simple.. better use WSFTP or CuteFTP.. many features like sheduled upload and automatic uploading for the changed files only etc

I use Filezilla for my main site and recommend to anyone who wants an easy to understand FTP client.

I use WSFTP Pro and am very happy with it. It is so easy to use, even a caveman can use it (or is that GEICO insurance that I'm thinking of...)

best FTP Client Program is FileZilla software because it is very easy to connect and solve the problems when occoured.i am totally dependent on this software when i went to website maintanence
