I had the exact same problem as you guys, so I decided to create a website that turns that problem into a product. The site is a place where anyone can submit those great ideas that you simply don't have the time to turn it into something. That way, other people can marvel at your idea, and maybe something with the time can work with you to make it into something.

Don't let your ideas be forgotten or go to waste! Share them with the world.

easy,

That website your listed doesn't have anything helpful. It asks you for 400 euros for a website. Noone will pay that much money when you make a site/blog for free.

Hmmm.. See here I go again. This is why I said I wouldn't joing a forum or get into blogging.. because the web is "Full of Useful information" and your brain just takes off and goes all over the place. This happens to every developer I'm sure. Just keeping up with languages as a webmaster is taunting enough. You're right, you have to focus But stuff like this makes it hard to do lol. I'm already going, read up on SiteBiz or whatever and since Lisa is successful. Better subsribe to the newsletter b/c I"m taking her advice. Which of course means something else to read. Oh and I've got to get the ToDo list tool. So many tools now I need a tool organizer lol. Jeez how am I supposed to spend time with the wife and the little crumbsnatcher with all this going on? lol.

Easy's link was removed.

LOL, Jimmy. I know the feeling. I live on the Internet now and with all the new stuff to learn it gets crazy some time. If you buy SBI!, get ready to read because it is quite TEXT intensive... but it's all necessary if you want to learn how to market a site and get traffic.

Cool That's me too

I also have that problem, but I kept myself off the computer (or at least FrontPage) until I knew exactly what I was going to do. There are also some hosting plans that allow you to host multiple domains and I think that is a good feature to have.

Its funny that when I work for an employer my time management is perfect but for my own business its a mess. I guess the biggest problem I face is when I come up with an new idea I push everything aside.

Lisa that's a great article, some very useful advice.

Red face Mental Breakdown

Hi Im new here and I too have the problem of having so many ideas I dont know where to start but also my problem is I know nothing about web design and when Im trying to learn I feel overwhelmed and I give up too easily! I think thats why Im drawn to the site build it thing as it seems ideally suited to my needs and itll give me more confidence to pursue other avenues and ideas that I have. The other problem now tho is that all of the web site ideas are quite different to each other so again Im gonna be confused! Is there anyone here who had no idea about web design in the beginning and is now a success that can give me some encouragement?

Yes! I could go on for days about the many different sites I tried to start in the beginning until I finally found a winning combination when I started choosing topics that interest me. So yes it can get overwhelming but just take it a step at a time and you'll be fine!

I think being overwhelmed, having too many ideas and getting frustrated easily is part of the learning process. Most of us have to go through this before we can grasp anything. I would say keep working at it, make definite goals and strive forward in little steps.
