You have green, red, and orange in your graphic. I would use either of those colors in the body. I would remove that Google ad from my navigation bar and place it below with the others, or at the right below the picture of the woman lifting the weight. Can you bring that trio of people up some so that people can begin to see some of you content without having to scroll right away? I might also give the passage on the WHO organization its own title so as to let people know what's coming. You go from talking about what the site is about to explaining WHO. It seems rather abrupt.

I think it's cool of you to ask for feedback and be so receptive to the advice you're being given.

It's good but it has a few typo's, make sure to do a spellcheck and also check it yourself!

eg. then you hound the website that you have been lookin for.

there's a bit of slang aswell, most people find a website to be more "professional" if there is zero slang and no typos.

Good website tho I especially love the collapsing side-panels!
