i have posted 3articles in my blog
so now i need any one of you to have a look at my blog and tell me what else should i do to gain traffic as well as earn income

In general your site looks pretty good, but there are a few things that stand out as needing some work.

First and foremost, you do not have a title to identify the site. Looking at the title bar on the browser it appears that your site is named "Your Flat Belly." This needs to be displayed prominently, most likely within the head area on the page. The way it is, when people come to the site they have no apparent way to identify what it is about.

Second, the image you have for your header is interesting but it doesn't seem to have any relationship to the site. Lisa has a site with a similar theme. You might want to check it out for one approach.

Third, the text is a little hard to read as it is. I would recommend making it a little darker (add a little more contrast) and also just a bit larger.

Finally, there are a lot of grammatical errors. Few things can lose credibility and readers quicker than finding numerous grammatical and spelling errors. It is important to develop good proof reading skills to build an effective site.

yeah i got problem with my grammar
i wanna resolve it as soon as possible
i need grammar checker
do you know where can i get grammar checker?
means that i can paste my content then the grammar checker
will correct my mistake
kinda similar to google translator
is there any?

where do you think i can get the suitable header?
and btw , is my english really broken?

Nice blog. I would make a header image that has something to do with exercise or ab training. You can do a search on Google for a grammar checking utility.

Hey, I am new to the wordpress world too. I just transitioned yesterday because sequencehosting made me lol jk. But I would try to change the theme because for me personally those dark colors don't really go with exercise. That is just my opinion.

I would take a look at other types of blogs within your niche and see what they have going on and get a general idea. I just did it yesterday and I found a pretty nice looking theme.

Good site, but consider getting a personal copy of Wordpress. Also the header is a bit irrelevant, you should get a new header.
