What do you think about the layout?
The content?
Does it flow well?
Any things you think should be changed?

Your content is new and I suspect you will be revising and updating it for quite a while so I won't get into that. Getting the site to look professional is your first concern at this time.
There are several layout and design issues to look at. Some are somewhat serious.
The most important is that your site is not clearly identified. Not at all. The name "Electrical Fusion" does not really tell people what the site is about. Even your first paragraph ("This site was designed to help ones who have technical questions find the answers and the tools that they need.") is really vague. It could just as easily be describing a site about automobile electric repair or nuclear power generation as one about computers.
It is easy to miss something even as essential as this when you are familiar with what you are doing. You know but others do not. Nothing is more important for you to fix than this. Not only is it unclear to humans, but search engines will not be directing the right people to you either since they will be looking at your first heading (Welcome to Electrical Fusion) and site title (Electrical Fusion) as the top key words for search.
I would look at the content in your post description and use something like this to write a subheader line, either within the header or just under it:

The site is designed to help people with computer issues. It has how tos, articles explaining interworkings of computers, technical dictionary, etc.

Some other things to look at:
- The header is not as wide as the rest of the body. It should be of equal width.
- Line spacing needs adjusted. Current spacing is too much for the type size and the type is a little small.
- The header height is a little too large although if you add a subhead line inside it should be OK.
- There is too much space below the header before the first text appears. Tighten this area up.
- Text and background lack a little contrast (especially in the navigation)
