Very nice site. I like the overall look of it but I do agree with the other posts here about the darkness. It looks like your main content has transparency all the way down but the lighter background image quits repeating at a certain point. If you could get that to repeat all the way down it would look even better.

Also I noticed that I got some blank pages when clicking on some of your links such as the "News" and "Reviews" that are along side each blog entry. You may want to also put a picture of the game that you mention in each post along with the post that way people can glance down and find one they are interested in quicker.

overall though a very good site. Hope some of that feedback helps.

Yes feedback helps a lot. I have noticed the problem with some kind of /null link when you click on the big News and Review and Editorial icons in the posts. I'll have to check that out now. I will try and make the background colors repeat all the way down or at least more than now.

I'm not the author of the blog text. The whole point of Cosmo's Reviews is that Cosmo writes them He's the mastermind behind the content ... I'm just the code monkey behind it as a part of Knowledge Reactor.com which is my website.

Looks like the null links just appear by default for some reason, I have deleted them all. Also need to make the font bigger 1px and make the titles stand out, when I catch the time. I'm making a complete beginner tutorial for AutoCAD 2007 on Knowledge Reactor. If any of you have the time and the will you can go ahead and review that site. You have a post about it in the Review My Site section of the forum.

Thanks! I've added a new "Featured Posts" scrolling module above the main content column to bright up the site a bit. What do you guys think? Still working on the background though.

Looking awesome! loving the dark theme. And everything is organized

Question : Regarding that box, where people can click on the left/right arrows to view other pictures (without refreshing the page), thats javascript coding correct? If so, what is it called? I think its neat

Thanks for the comment! Yes it's a .js file that does the effect. If you want you can set up your own module. It's called Smooth Slider and you can get it at:

Pretty easy to setup although it's a bit hard to customize. I spend several hours CSS-ing it so that it has the transparent background and that it's aligned properly.

Ok I've raised the font size from 9pt to 10pt, look much better now. Going to make all the post intros justified so that the content column isn't chewed up so much. Slideshow module works amazingly well. Also working on making the post titles stand out.

I still would like to see a larger font...gotta think of us 'mature' readers.
