hm...i guess you have IE ? u certainly don't have Firefox cause i have it and it looks good I will look into it...or is it the visitor screen resolution?

oh...and another thing ..u think i should remake the site properly? using a cms or some tool on my hosting? cause with google i don't OWN the content???

I use 1024x768 on a 15'' monitor and I see quite of bit of white space. My browser is Google Chrome.

I think you've gotten off to a great start. When you eventually get some pictures and videos onto the site I'm sure you'll get more traffic.

The only thing I would fix is the sites organization. It looked a little cluttered

Not down with the name.... It is a basic exercise guide, so the content can be found on any shelf at the book store or other websites with higher page rank... I suggest a rename and adding a different twist on the info you offer
