OK,

I've been holding off on this because I used to think my site looked good.

I would be interested in a site review if anyone has the time.....

1. First off the page loads very quickly in Firefox.
2. Right off the top, I liked the color scheme. I have probably spent at least two weeks playing with colors, so now how difficult it can be sometimes.
3. One note about things like K2ZS, FN13dd and QRZ? If you read up on how long visitors look at a page before leaving, it's under 5 seconds. The first thing that caught my attention was the header, but I can't find out anything about the site. I have to scan down to the content to find out what the site is about.

Somewhere in your header, perhaps I would put a sub-title telling what the site is or maybe putting an antenna in the header...
4. It nice and convenient to use all those symbols, but for the uninitiated, it makes the site too technical and I might look elsewhere.
5. Links are fast loading. Content is short and concise but spells out what you are trying to convey (Except for your header. Page length is just right.
6. I couldn't get any of the links to work in your content?
7. All in all I like the page, colors and content... Great job.

What links don't work? If it's the thumbnails that show up on the last page that's a problem I've posted here regarding LyteBox. They aren't even supposed to be visible.

I like the look of your site. That background is sweet. But like Sarge said, I had to read down AND look over to the side before I knew what you were talking about.

Actually, I didn't have trouble with the site identity. My eyes immediately were drawn to the title, "Welcome..." and to the opening text right under it, "This web site is just my space on the web..." telling me that this is a personal site.

After looking around a bit and not seeing anything at all that stood out as needing correction I got a little more involved in the content. It was then that I had to remind myself of one of my favorite quotes, "Everybody is ignorant, just on different subjects." Otherwise I would have started to feel more that a little stupid. Stupid is not good; ignorance I can handle.

Great site but im still lost on what the site is suppose to be about

Many Amateur Radio operators post sites with a bio and something about their stations. As we speak with other hams around the world it is nice to see something about the other operator. Thats my site.
