Hi Revenue,
I found it difficult to review your site without a home page - I'm not sure what your overall theme is.
I know you said your home page is not finished, but are you planning on keeping the date & time gadget there? I think it's too big and a waste of space.
On your "tube money" page, all of your links on this page go to the same Tier 3 page, but only the "websites" link makes sense to me because, when you click on the word "websites", it takes you to a list of websites. However, why does the "get paid" link take me to the same place? If I click on a link that says "get paid", I want to be taken to some content that talks about just that-getting paid.
On your "games" page, I think you should move your content to the top so that visitors can have something to read as soon as the page opens. That way, they will know how and why this page is a part of your site. When I first opened it, I didn't understand what this page had to do with anything.
Same thing with the "game videos" page. You have content here, but I don't know what this has to do with your overall theme. And that's because I don't know what the theme is.
I think you should take time to work on your home page. Even if the home page was all you had up, if your visitors stumble upon it and like what they read, they will probably want to re-visit your site in the future to see what else you've added.

Then you should have more than enough content to complete your home page.
