Not a lot to say, really. Very informative.

I did spot a couple of typos, though, so you may want to go through your text and check for others:

"Normally, sugar is used by our *bodie's* cells as glucose..."

"...moderate to severe *complicationos* creating the unusual body condition..."

Those are on the Information about... page

I like it. Can't really point out anything you should improve.
Not sure how you're advertising your site but you could try being creative when it comes to advertising.. maybe make an informative Youtube video about Diabetes, write a few articles on other sites that link to yours. Join diabetes groups and add a link to your site in your signature or so.

One thing that I had trouble with was the menu. I found the black on green slightly hard to read especially Site Map and Gestational Diabetes.

Default A couple of thoughts

From the general tone of others' comments as well as my own impression, I think the site is pretty good. You do want to try to keep on top of things like spelling, of course.

The site does seem quite narrow at only 725px. It looks pretty good however so I am not concerned that you have a problem because of it, but is does look even smaller when tight against the left side. I think I would either center the page or add a margin of 50 or so to the left side.

At this point I would move my focus from content (not completely of course) and work on traffic. I cannot find the link at the moment, but we had a very good post on one member's success in this area just a few days ago and another good one recently by LizK.

I love the images.

I agree with James about the traffic part, however more content is the most important part of getting traffic. What I believe he was saying is to start submitting to directories (if you haven't already) sense you are obviously past 30 page mark. (I think that's what James meant by not completely moving your focus from content.) Also look into link sharing. SBI! has a great networking program just for link sharing.

In a nut shell, it's time to lose the tunnel vision of "content only" and see what else you can do to build traffic. Fixing your typos is a must though.

Did you Analyze It! and get good all across the board? You have a lot of text on some pages. You don't want to look like a spammer to the SE's.

One last thing. I find it helpful to review the Action Guide to make sure I am following the plan as closely as possible. If you don't follow the plan, there is no reason to use SBI!

It looks great so far.

Hope this helps.
