It seems you are from India. I would like to give an honest review of you site. Your site looks good, but there are more advertisements than content in the page. If I'm not wrong, you aim is to earn money through pay-per-click (PPC) programs. But this is not the right method that will get you more traffic. Earning from PPC, requires a lot of traffic. And you've got to blend ads inside content.

First of all, provide very good content on the site, and reduce the no. of ads. Don't assign much space to ads, so that your site will appear to have no content in it.

When someone visits your site He must be looking for something that will benefit him and not you. So, try inserting more content.
