Another thought...
Nora gives good advice. Her principle makes sense (starting over is more work) and you might want to trying to stay with this template if you are permitted to do so and fix it up.
In this specific situation, however, I think I might deviate from the rule. Why? This is just my opinion, but I think you could do much better with a different look anyway. Often free is worth what you pay for it and in this case I would say so.
The header area does nothing for you. You have to look around to find the name of your business. This you could change by moving your name into the header area if it were yours being personalized, but you could do this with any layout.
The main page area does not highlight the homes in any helpful way. The pictures are all thumbnails, ok for a detailed selection page perhaps, but for the main page there is nothing to grab your attention. An approach featuring a few homes would be better.
But primarily, I don't think you can use this structure in any good fashion on the main page, or probably even others. The table has too many columns. It would be much better to have a few columns to sort down to type of home, location, and price for example, then another page for looking through a more limited list of homes of the type a prospective buyer is looking for rather a jumbled list of all types of homes with so many columns to scan through.
Far more important, the page is consequently extremely wide. I am viewing on a very wide screen and still only get perhaps 75% of the page width on screen. No one likes pages where they have to keep moving the screen back and forth to read rows of data.
The left navigation looks pretty good although the colors need adjusting to make it more readable. But that is about all this template has going for it.
So, overall, I think you would do well to get a different template somewhere or make your own anyway.
