Here are some suggestions I would suggest.

1) Make at least 2 posts per day.
2) Use www.pingomatic.com and ping your blog each time you update.
3) Exchange links with some other blogs or sites that are related. Open a free account at www.linkmetro.com and exchange a few links with related sites.
4) You may consider submitting your blog to various directories.
5) I see it is not yet indexed in Google, so you may consider adding links pointing to it from other sites that you have or from the signature in this forum.
