Default HELP, hELP, hELP

I am so new to all of this, and feel so outdone. It seem like I have gotten myself into somthing and I am not sure if I know what I am doing. Will someone please take a look at my site and give me some feedback. Do it look like a good site or have I made a mistake?

Also I am trying to understand google adward and adsence! What are page impressions. I do not have a lot of them but don't understand what they are or if you are paid for them.

Thank you so much for you honest help.

Hi kimbowling1 and welcome to WB. Why not drop by the New Member area and say hi while introducing yourself.

That being said, the site looks great! if you designed it yourself then you don't need to be asking for a site review and could be giving pointers to others. If you did not design the site yourself then Yes it's a great site and you have not made a mistake.

How long has your site been up? You already have some Google Adsense on your site so I'm not sure why you do not know what Adsense is...Google Adwords are basically the "sponsored links" you see on Google to the right hand side. These are ads that you pay per click for. As an example, if you had an Adwords campaign for Hawaiian holidays, you would see your ad somewhere underneath the Sponsored Links area. When someone clicks on that link you end up paying a fee dependent on the criteria you have established within your Adowrd campaign. there are more experienced individuals who could explain Adwords better than I. The best place to look would be on Google itself on their "Advertising Programs" Section which can be accessed on their index or home page. Do a little research on your own and you should be fine.

Hope this helps somewhat. Take care and all the best.

No I did not create it myself, that is the reason I feel so lost. The site has been up for about a month now and I am trying to learn the ins and outs of it. I am trying to understand about getting traffic and things like that, but sometimes it just sound so hard. Everything was put on the site for me. I did not do anything. Now I am just trying to see what to do.

Thank you for asking that question. I should have said that in the beginning, and thanks for every positive work you have spoken.

I am trying to understand a lot of what I am reading, but it just all sound so over my head. But I am sure as I go along and with all of the support that is on these thread, it will all make since one day.

Thanks again and many many blessing.
Kim

Thanks kimbowling1. I had a feeling the site was not designed by you but I wanted to make sure. It is a great looking site. My question to you now is how are you tracking the advertising that is on your site? Do you have all the user names and passwords needed in case you ever want to make changes or tweak something.

The other thing I would mention is to go through this forum and use the search function to find information that is new to you. You have only been at this for a month and it has taken some much, much longer than that to understand not only what works in generating traffic, sales and what not, but also how the Industry works. You have much to learn but you are in the right place so that's a good start..

Having said all that, there's no need to panic. Take things day by day and break things down a little. Focus on single items of priority. If generating traffic is something you need to work on, then search the site for posts on that topic. If you can't find any that satisfy then ask a qualified question in the proper area on this forum. There may appear to be a steep learning curve, and there is, relatively speaking. But if every day you focus on your site issues, that's one more day you get closer to your desired goals.

I wish you all the best and much success. Take care.

I sat up advertisement with Google, Amazon, Ebay partner and Pepperjam. I am still trying to understanding the Earnings and the Clicking. I don't understand when I am getting paid or when I have to pay through adwords, but I am trying.

Again thank you for your kindiness and I am going to take you advise and continue to try. I will also look around in here for other information, just as you have said. Thank you so much, it mean alot.

Be blessed
Kim

Hi Kim. I hope all is well. All the necessary information regarding when you get paid and more should be on the site of each program you have joined...if not, then that info will definitely be in the members section or in your account setup. For example, with Google's Adsense program, you get paid once your earnings hit $100.00. They will be paid with the setup info you originally gave them. With Google Adwords, you only start paying when you setup and begin an Adwords campaign based on the best keywords needed to get traffic to your site. Personally, I would attempt an Adwords campaign until you know exactly what you are doing. It could definitely cost you a lot of money otherwise.Have a look on all the sites you have joined and everything should be made clearer to you. If there is still some confusion, check out the FAQ's on the site and if you still aren't satisfied then contact the support staff on each site and they should be able to guide you to the information you need.

Hope this helps and take care.
