Your sites look nice from a layout point of view, but I'm a bit concerned about the fact that you charge $5 and $10 for a listing when the directories looks a bit un-trafficked. The first thing a webmaster wants to know when they list their site with a directory is "How much traffic will this bring to me?"
First of all, you have no PageRank on any of your sites, so that's the first sign to someone that your directory probably doesn't get much traffic. So charging them for a link could be a turn-off. Why not offer free listings until you get the traffic and then charge once the directory fills up. Or you could charge for a premiere spot on a homepage, top of page, etc.
Directory sites can be challenging to promote because they don't target a specific group other than Webmasters. And if you have no existing traffic base from an existing site or blog to funnel traffic to your directories, marketing these types of sites can be tricky.
