Review my site please

Hello everyone,
I just created a website for group buying and would like people to give me some reviews. It doesn't have much traffic now, but I would like to get some new design before I get more traffic. Please tell me what you think from anything about the design, usability, functions, features,etc. Your inputs and comments are welcome.

Hi Jerry

This is a very nice site. I don't really see much I would change except maybe put your categories above the Spread The Word form. That's an important section for a site like this and moving it up will put more of your category links above the fold so they are instantly visible.

Your website is very inviting. I like the layout and feel.

Here are couple points to consider:

Change "Free group buying thats made easy" to ...
Group Buying - Made Easy!

You have that HUGE AD to left of your "start group buying and save" text block.
Most sites have these positions switched. Meaning the huge ad is floated to the far right, while your content is on the left. I feel this is easier to read and follow along. For example The first thing I may see is your logo on the top left. It is an easier path for my eyes to flow down naturally and find your benefit list, rather then seeing a huge horribly colored adbox that i instantly disregard.

Also you may want to include a short primer on "what is group buying". I was not familiar with the term at first, but it ws easy enough to formulate the general idea. But a little introduction couldn't hurt.

Lastly, the success of your site will, as always, be on the interactivity of the userbase. That ever prevalant catch-22 of getting users to use your site so that users will use your site.

I checked your sites validation and it came up with 42 errors.

This may not be an issue with you right now.

Free time is hard to find but if you find some you may want to look into this.

Lots of websites have errors in them, I had 32 when I started my site, but over time I corrected them.

This is a back burner issue and in time you will resolve the errors.

Thanks for all of your great comments. I have made some of the changes from the comments and a little bit of design change as well. As far as the errors go, I will have to figure out how to fix those.
